There is another excellent webinar coming next week on April 6, dealing with the very hot topic of trademark bullying.

This one is provided by Strafford Publications, and the details are here.

Thanks to John Welch for his post on the program too.

As before, first two people to post a comment receive free attendance!

OK, I’ll take you up on your offer for comment. The issue is the topic du jour. The webinar looks to offer good guidance for non-legal types as well.
Do I score a free pass?

Will be interesting to see how the law develops on another IP front. Seems Patent laws continue to get weaker, now maybe also Trademark enforcement?

Bullying is a major problem that needs to stop NOW! It’s time to take a stand against this horrible epidemic and that’s exactly what Oklahoma country singer/songwriter Kylie Morgan is doing. Kylie wrote a song called “Phoebe” which she wrote in memory of Phoebe Prince, a teen who took her life because of bullying. Check out her video and song at http://www.kyliemorgan.com or on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RpYB7hmtt6E&sns=em
    and help promote her cause!
